Teacher
As a teacher, my goal is not just to transfer knowledge. In O&O, I focus on teaching 21st Century Skills such as presenting, collaborating, reflecting, and planning, alongside design skills like 3D printing, woodworking, and graphic design.
I work closely with fellow teachers, school management, and students’ parents or mentors.
As a mentor, I support students’ development by coaching their self-directed learning and helping with tasks like using laptops during tests, planning homework, and fostering classroom cohesion.
I also organise project weeks throughout the year focused on creativity, collaboration, and teamwork.

Technator
As Technator, I manage collaboration with clients for O&O projects.
I find clients, set student deadlines with them, and organise presentations and feedback sessions. I also participate in the Technasium community, working with other schools to improve the program overall.
Vice chair
As Vice Chair of the School Council (MR), I prepare meetings with the chair of the MR, school management, and board. I lead efforts to make the MR more transformative and handle complaints or voice struggles from teachers, students, and parents.
